		<description>Personally, I think I would like to go for the translation &quot;discipline&quot;, &quot;instruction&quot; or &quot;correction&quot;, rather than &quot;criticism&quot; because there are so-called &quot;destructive criticisms&quot; and I definitely ignore them!

Anyway, thanks so much John for this post. We&#039;re reminded that God who loves us and wants us to succeed, also disciplines us whenever necessary.
