		<description>Leaving the pipes dripping is one the tips I have heard since I was a kid.  They even start telling you on the news during cold streaks, but I doubt they usually account for a wind chill from a wind tunnel!

Also, depending on the size of copper tubing that stuff can be quite expensive.  I remember my mom telling me that plumbers would put in new copper piping in New Orleans after Katrina and people would rip it out over night to sell it.

Your indoor plumbing is usually pretty easy to learn.</description>
